How we are keeping our customers and employees safe
Quality Canadian Cleaners is monitoring the COVID-19 situation on a continual basis to provide a safe working environment for our employees and to ensure we protect the safety of our customers.
We have implemented necessary precautions based on the recommendations issued by the Public Health Agency of Canada. Employees will be asked to wear face masks and gloves at all times and will practice frequent hand washing before and after removing gloves. Our employees will minimize contact and practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet from people.
Prior to the cleaning service, all employees and customers will be contacted to review a COVID-19 health screening questionnaire.
Employees that are ill, develop any of the common COVID-19 symptoms or if they have been in contact with anyone exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms will not be permitted to work.
To reduce the risk of transferring germs from contaminated surfaces from one household to another, we ask customers to provide a vacuum cleaner, mop/mop bucket and broom for the floors except for scheduled move in/out and post-construction cleaning. Cleaning equipment supplied by Quality Canadian Cleaners are cleaned and disinfected after each cleaning.
